Former Baltimore Orioles, West Virginia University and Ohio State Football National Championship Strength and Conditioning Coach 
           
·         First strength and conditioning coach in the history of the Baltimore Orioles (one of the first 5 in MLB history)

·         First Strength and Conditioning for Cal Ripken Jr. recently inducted into the 2007 Baseball Hall of Fame

·         Coached at Ohio State University (5 years) including the 2002 National Football Championship Team.

·         1982-1988/1992-2006 Coached in 15-Post Season Football Games, with three of the Games Played for the National Championship

·         1998  Member of the West Virginia University “Sweet 16” Men’s Basketball Staff
